We are making a few improvements. Status review users will be able to see the following updates to their status review accounts as of the week of Monday 6th of July.
New feature: Manage all due reassessments.
As always, we like to keep things simple. As an account user, you will be able to provide reassessment requirement confirmation for groups of due reassessments, as well as on an individual basis. Saving you not only time but lowering the amount of admin required.
In addition to this, there will be a new set of on-screen directions to help you approve or decline multiple reassessment requirements simultaneously. Meaning you spend less time clicking.
Clarification of the wording on the approval screen for Hiring Managers.
We have decided to make the process a bit clearer for the designated person in charge of signing-off an assessment of their role within the assessment process, on behalf of the end client organisation. We have done so by clarifying the fact that they are not approving the status determination results but are instead signing-off on the accuracy of the contractor’s responses to the assessment.
Clarification of the wording on the final status determination statement email for both contractors and account users.
At the final stage of our assessment process, you are presented with a status determination statement (SDS). As part of the updates, you will see a clarification to the wording of this SDS. You will now be explicitly informed that the assessment process has been completed based on input from all parties in order to provide a fair and accurate status determination.
Clarification of the wording on the bulk invite option for contractor assessment invitations.
IR35 is already complicated enough. For this reason, we have simplified another part of the process for you. As of the week of Monday 6th of July, there will be a step by step guide on how to use the bulk invite tool for sending assessment invitations to multiple contractors at the same time.
