• We provide policies relevant to the risks that oil and gas contractors face at competitive premiums, examples of popular forms of cover are Professional Indemnity and low cost Public Liability.
• If you are not the sole employee of your business, even if you simply hire a spouse to do the books, you may be legally obliged to hold employers’ liability insurance.
• Contractors Sickness Cover will cover you for offshore work, however excludes transit to/from an offshore installation by air/sea.
• Contractors All Risk insurance covers damage caused to property by a range of different events such as fire, flood, storm, vandalism or theft. The policy will cover damage caused by anything not excluded, this is why it’s named ‘all risks’.
• Personal Accident Insurance provides a lump sum in the event of suffering bodily injury as a result of an accident, ensuring you can continue to pay your bills whilst you may not be able to provide your services.

It's important to note that your end client or agency may expect a particular level of indemnity from your cover, so you should check for any contractual requirements.

If you are operating offshore in the energy sector and can successfully complete the application, your policy will cover you (subject to the terms and conditions of the policy wording).
