Your feedback is very important to the service we provide here at Qdos. We see customers referring our services to their friends as a vote of confidence. Not only does it indicate to us that we are doing something right, but it also allows us to grow our community a little further.

As a token of our appreciation, we reward referring customers with a £30 Amazon voucher for each successful referral. Not to be left out, each referred friend also receives a voucher for £20 to welcome them to the Qdos community.

1. Simply share your unique referral link with your friends and colleagues. You can find your link in your Qdos customer account. Alternatively, you can use your business name or account number (e.g. 'QCLXXXX')

2. Your friend or colleague gets award-winning business protection from Qdos.
When calling the Qdos team to purchase insurance, your friends should provide the customer service agent with your referral details to benefit.

3. You get £30 in Amazon vouchers for each successful referral and your friends don’t get left out: they get £20 each too! Easy.

Both referrers and the referred should look out for an email in their inbox including a code to claim their voucher.

You will only receive a voucher code once your referred friend has successfully purchased a policy which has remained in place for two weeks from the purchase date.

There is no limit to the amount of clients you can refer to our services and there is no limit to the amount of rewards you might receive in the event of successful referrals. Feel free to get in contact with us and arrange a bespoke scheme if you believe you have a large number of clients to introduce.

You can begin referring clients through our refer a friend scheme as soon as you have purchased a product from Qdos. It is important to note that you will not receive a voucher for any referrals until 2 weeks have passed since the purchase of a policy through your referral.

Your referral link is available to view in your Qdos account page. Simply log in and click on the ‘Refer a Friend’ button on the right hand side of the screen.

Your referral link will also be sent to you via email shortly after you become a Qdos customer.

Your account number is available to view by logging into your Qdos account. From your account homepage underneath ‘Hello (your name)’ it will state ‘View/change your details’. The first field displayed will be your account number starting with ‘QCL’.

Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a referral reward, all of the following must apply:

  • The referrer must hold a live policy/product

  • The referred must be a new client (i.e. not have registered their details previously)

  • The referred must successfully purchase a policy/product and still have their policy/product in place at the time of processing (2 weeks after purchase)

  • The referred did not register their account or purchase a policy through an affiliate partner.

  • The referred must enter details of the referrer when purchasing the policy or registering their account.

Qdos reserves the right to change or remove this offer at any time, without notice.


Guidance notes

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this recommendation is incidental to your business activities and therefore does not fall under the FCA regulatory remit.

  • We strongly advise that you only introduce people you know personally

  • If you are sending an email, to ensure that the introduction remains 'not by way of business' as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority, please restrict the number of addressees per email to a maximum of 50.

  • Contact addresses supplied to Qdos will only be used for tracking applicants and will not be used for any other purpose.
