The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering consistently exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
It is awarded only to companies that have achieved a Feefo Gold Standard for three consecutive years and is based on genuine customer reviews. This will be the second year in a row of achieving the Platinum standard in customer service.
To date, Qdos has received just under 4,500 independent reviews from customers, maintaining an overall Feefo rating of 4.6 / 5 stars.
