We are proud to announce that Qdos have won the 2022 Queen’s Award for Enterprise, in the Innovation category for our IR35 compliance facility, ‘Status Review’. It is the second time we have been awarded this highly coveted business prize in just five years.
The Qdos Status Review facility – which is a comprehensive IR35 compliance system used by thousands of recruitment agencies and businesses to manage IR35 reform in both the public and private sectors – was recognised for its excellence.
Having been first to market with this end-to-end solution in 2017, Status Review now supports almost 3,000 organisations and over 15,000 contractors with fair assessment of their status. The service protects contractors by ensuring agencies and end-clients can fully comply with IR35 reform whilst giving contractors the opportunity to contribute to their assessment.
Since its release, our team of IR35 experts have carried out more than 32,000 rigorous and fair IR35 status assessments on behalf of businesses as part of the service provided through Status Review.
86% of these engagements have been determined as outside IR35, which has been vital in ensuring tens of thousands of genuine contractors can continue to operate outside IR35 after the introduction of the off-payroll reform.
